Our house is situated in Kožino, 5 km from Zadar, 4 km from Zaton and only 2 km from Petrčane where is beautiful sandy beach.

Kožino is a small, quiet place with low traffic and everything you need for your vacation. There is a great beach bar, shop and restaurants.  

There are 4 apartments with two bedrooms. Each apartment has it’s own terrace with a sea view. In front of the house is a large parking area and the distance to the beach is only 70 meters or 2 minute walk.

Quietness and tranquility that can offer you this place and apartments as well as nearness of the city Zadar will give you delightful vacation.
