ACCOMMODATION PRICE:
The stay tax is not included in the price of the appartment. The stay tax for adult person is 1,20 €/day/person, children from 12-18 year pay 0,60 €/day and children until 12 year do not have to pay stay tax.
Extra bed and air condition are not included in the apartment price. The price is quoted above in EUR per day of use.
All the prices rise for 30% if you stay less than 4 days.
RESERVATION OF ACCOMODATION:
Reservation is confirmed when we receive payment of 30 % of total amount for your stay. Rest of the amount you should pay upon your arrival.
In case that arrive more person than it is announced during reservation the owner can refuse accommodation for unannounced guests or accept their accommodation with additional payment on site.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
The staying begins during the first rent day at 14:00 o’clock and ends during the last rent day at 10:00 o’clock.
